Use of the service

Pharvel is a free information tool provided as-is. It shows text from public US FDA sources and fixed summaries of that text. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a relationship with a health professional.

Your responsibility

• Do not start, stop or change a medicine because of a Pharvel result. Ask a pharmacist or prescriber.
• Do not use Pharvel in an emergency. Call your local emergency number.
• Do not use Pharvel to make decisions for other people's treatment in a professional capacity.

Accuracy

We test Pharvel and publish its known errors, but labels change and no check is complete. Pharvel may be wrong or out of date. "Nothing found" never means a combination is safe.

Fair use

Each visitor has a daily limit of free checks. Automated scraping or attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed. Checks may be paused while a problem is fixed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for decisions made using Pharvel. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version.
