This tool searches FDA-published label text (openFDA, DailyMed) and recognises names with NIH RxNorm. It reports what the labels say; it does not know your doses, conditions or other medicines, and a pair with nothing found is not confirmed safe. "Why it can happen" uses the FDA's published table of CYP enzyme and transporter substrates, inhibitors and inducers. "Real-world reports" are counts from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System via openFDA: spontaneous reports that do not establish cause or frequency.
